My bucket list

I decided it is time for me to make a bucket list and so far this is what I've decided I want to do before my life is over.

1. Visit each State in the U.S. at least once. (Yes even the lame ones.)
   (So far I've been to California, Arizona, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, D.C./Maryland, Utah (obviously), and Colorado. 8 down 42 more to go!)

2. Go to a mall, pour soap in the fountain, and play in it's bubbles.

3. Own a majorly big walk in closet.

4. Go to Times Square in New York City for New Years.

5. Meet the Backstreet Boys.

6. Toilet paper someone's house. (I know! I still have not done that yet!)

7. Go sky diving

8. Bungee jump off a cliff

9. Run barrels at a rodeo

10. Ride a horse along the beach.

11. Own a mustang or charger

So far that's all I've got can't wait to get started!!! More items will be added later :)

The reason I can't pay attention in biology

This here is my biology teacher. Not sure what his name is I forget. This is how he stands while he lectures. This stance reminds me of a tune I used to sing as an itty bitty tini boppper. You are all familiar with this tune it's "I'm a little teapot". It goes like this: "I'm a little tea pot short and stout here is my handle here is my spout when I get all steamed uphear me shout, tip me over and pour me out.
"If you look at Mr what's his face my biology teacher, he's doing the hand motions for the song. So in class every time I look at him I get that song stuck in my head! Then I'm so busy figuring out the second part of that song that I totally zone out of the lecture! (I finally figured it out thank you Melissa!) Now tell me, could you concentrate with a teacher who stands like this? I don't think so!

Arizona!!

Here is the moment we've all been waiting for... my trip to AZ :)
Basically I had the best time ever! Even though I went for sunshine and got rain it was still fun. They knew I was coming. But it was still warmer and beats being in the snow Utah got.
On the plane ride there I got to sit by the biggest guy on the plane. He was like this big bald dude he was awesome.0
The second day I was there was when the real fun started. Me and Katherine went shopping and got our nails done. Thank you Brian! That was his gift to Katherine for Valentines day he gave us both gift cards. I got my nails painted with sparkles of course. :)

Charming Charlies is my new favorite accessory store! I got the cutest sandals there! My feet look so cute now :) this is gross but it is unbelievable how much skin came off my feet! Yuck I almost wanted to apologize to the lady who did my nails.

There was so much fun stuff at Charming Charlies. They had the cutest stuff! We had a lot of fun trying things on.

We had key lime pie every day I was there. That is mine and Katherine's favorite treat EVER!

Katherine even let me put my dirty bum on her counter while I watched her make dinner!

 We bought Coke in the bottles just because I thought they were so cool :)

 

My last day there we went and had lunch with Brian at school. He goes to Midwestern University. I got to see the campus and we went to the bookstore.  Their campus is really pretty! Then afterward we went to the orchards and i got to pick an orange off a tree :)

At the airport when I was on my way back to Salt Lake something interesting happened...
For the first time in my life I wished that I didn't wear my applebottom jeans. I KNOW!!! Never thought that would happen! But as you can see on the back of my applebottoms there is a metal plate...

Therefore I had to be patted down at security. Did they bother using the wand? Noooooo the guy had to call this lady over and she fully patted me down asking silly questions like are you older than 12 years old? Are you of age or are your parents here to give us consent? I thought they were silly til she started patting me down. She also asked if we could just do it here or did I want to go do this in private. I didn't care I've seen people get patted down in movies but little did I know in movies they don't actually show the full pat down! I learned quickly why they ask to do it in private cause boy she patted down EVERYTHING!!! Note to self never wear applebottom jeans to the airport. Note 2, when they ask if they can do it here or do you want to do it in private, pick the privacy option. I kinda had to keep from laughing cause I felt super stupid and was very sad that no one was there to laugh at me. Oh well I learned for next time!

And this is what I've learned and how my week went

1. Never get sick on valentines day ever again. Everyone has plans so if you're scheduled to work no one is going to take it.

2. Some boys are so dumb. Thank goodness for big brothers who will, if needed whoop their a... butt!

3. When creeper men come and ask you out and you tell them no politely but they still want your number, it is then OK to give them the wrong number :)

4. Disney movies are the best and can make the grumpiest people happy. (Cinderella is my favorite because I mean look at her. We're like twins except I have green eyes and she has blue. Plus her prince is hott!!! Next is probably Lion King because it has the best music. After that who knows it's a battle between all of them.)

5. I went to Marti Gras and it was the best! Basically if I could dance instead of walking without looking ridiculous I probably would. My goal is to DJ a dance party. Basically I would be the best DJ ever!

6. Egg whites works really well to make your hair look curly. All it takes is an egg minus the yolk, and a little bit of vanilla so you don't stink. Some hairspray to hold the curl and cover any other stink that might have snuck onto your head. Then vwala. A curly head you will have.

7. The Big Bang Theory is TV show ever!

Sometimes I Like To Pretend Like I'm A Supermodel...

.

So basically my fantasy dream would be to walk around in heels all day while wearing cute crazy and expensive clothes. I guess that explains why I have so many pairs of shoes and refuse to wear the same outfit in the same week... ok maybe two or three weeks. Another Amelia fact about me is yes I do get embarrassed when I'm wearing the same thing as other people. Call me weird but I guess it's just the fashionista in me. What can I say I like to be unique. :) (And yes I get slightly weirder. When I get bored I like to take pictures of myself :) My hair just looked so cool curled, I wanted to show everyone! No explanation for the picture below I just thought it looked tripppy :D hehe)

RED ALERT!!!! Well in this case PINK ALERT!

I have some very disturbing news. My pink boots are trapped in my bedroom. With our basement getting flooded we had to move everything out of our family room. The city did provide a storage shed for us to move most of our stuff out into, but that just wasn't enough. We have too much furniture. So it all got stuffed into my room. Therefore my shoes are trapped and unwearable. So for those of you who only recognize me because of the boots, no worries. I have different pink boots I wear although they aren't nearly as bright or as awesome. (see picture below). Still their good enough to keep up my image. The pink boots will be back! All I have to say is those carpet men better hurry.

A Different Countdown.

14 MORE DAYS TIL I FLY TO ARIZONA!!! WOOT! It's a present to me, from me. :) I'm going to visit my sister Katherine and I cannot wait! Not only have I been dying to see her and her hubby Brian but I have been dying to feel that rush and butterflies in your stomach feeling when you take off on a plane. Oh how could I forget?! It may not be summer there but it is going to be way warmer than it is here in Logan! So look out Phoenix! I'll be there to enjoy your good weather and all the above in no time!
